NYU Tandon UI/UX

In 2016, on behalf of NYU Tandon, I contracted NYC-based digital agency, Digital Pulp, to overhaul our schools web design & development, messaging strategy, and voice & tone under my leadership. Since then, as Senior Director of Creative Strategy and Digital Communications, I’ve lead multiple iterative UI/UX designs to continue to better serve Tandon’s current and prospective audiences with succinct, responsive, easily digestive, and catered content.

Discovery and UX Strategy

It all began with a comprehensive Digital Pulp lead discovery phase consisting of stakeholder interviews, focus groups, and a website data and content audit to determine messaging strategy and voice & tone. Results of discovery made direct implications on user experience.

With strategy in place, next came web governance and guidance.

Iterative Designs

With the Web Style Guide intact and an established user experience strategy, my team has designed and developed several successful new UI iterations that enhance the flexibility of our messaging and open up additional options for our content creators.
